Proshield Safety Signs is a trading name of Safetyhere.com Ltd., Registered in England number: 4971202 VAT number: 826 4064 34. Registered office: 49 Grampian Way, Maidstone, Kent ME15 8TG.

All our safety signs are sent via Fed Ex secure courier service and are suitably packaged to ensure there is no damage to the products.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £75 (ex VAT) and all standard safety signs orders are delivered next day if ordered before 2.00pm

Unfortunately this service is not guaranteed due to the courier company agreement but in most cases is adhered to.

Please note: Next day delivery does not include weekends. For Saturday deliveries please contact us and we will provide a quotes based on the courier charges.

FREE for Mainland UK for orders over £75 (ex VAT)
£7.85 (ex VAT) for Mainland UK for orders below £50 (ex VAT), free for orders over £200 (ex VAT)
£18 (ex VAT) for Northern Ireland, £12 for orders over £75 (ex VAT), free for orders over £200 (ex VAT)
£38 (ex VAT) for the Channel Islands £30 for orders over £75 (ex VAT), free for orders over £200 (ex VAT)

Proshield Safety Signs shall not be liable or deemed to be in breach of contract for delay in delivery or failure to make delivery of any Goods due to circumstances beyond its control, including but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, war, rebellion, revolution, strike, lock-outs, breakdown of plant or governmental or other laws, regulations, rules or decrees.

We’re sorry but we do not deliver outside the UK unless you have contacted us previously to agree an order.

We regret that bespoke signs cannot be returned as these are made to order and not part of our core product range.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.opsi.gov.uk

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

All details in the Proshield Safety Signs online ordering process are fully encrypted, no matter which browser or browser version you are using. Your order details are sent to us and to our manufacturers through a ‘secure session’ using the highest levels of encryption. This is achieved with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that encrypts your data, which is then transmitted securely over the Internet.

We hold only the data you provide during the purchasing process – which is necessary for us to send you your order – and do not hold any credit/debit card information. The online system also holds your login account details for this website (if you created one) but we cannot see the password you created at the time you created your account. That is encrypted and held within the online system database.

We keep your order details for 7 years (the time limit requested by HMRC for business archives) and only store it on fully digitally encrypted discs. You may request that we delete your data at any time and we are happy to do so however we would need to keep your purchase transaction ID, details of the goods ordered and amount of the transaction so that we may refer to it if requested to do so at any time by legal or financial authorities. To request deletion of your data, simply email us at [email protected] with the word ‘request data deletion’ in the title.

At Proshield Safety Signs, we are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to process orders, we have to collect data about you including name, address, phone number and email. This data is used, and held in accordance with, the Data Protection Act 1998 and (GDPR).

We will never pass this data to any third party or person outside those companies trading on behalf of Proshield Safety Signs without your express permission.
